The Lysosome Gene Database is an ongoing effort to catalogue genes encoding lysosomal proteins.
For each lysosomal gene, LysoDB provides information on:- miRNA-genes interactions
- master gene transcription factor EB (TFEB) CLEAR binding motif and binding sites
- murine orthology
The database was assembled by the joint efforts of Alessandro Brozzi (University of Perugia), Lorena Urbanelli (University of Perugia), and Pierre-Luc Germain (SEMM, IFOM-IEO Campus); it is hosted by the department of Experimental Medicine and Biochemical Sciences of the University of Perugia.
